Lake Harmony rescue 17. was dispatched to assist Monroe County Fire District 42 last night for a single tractor trailer off the roadway with heavy entrapment. Crews worked for one hour to free the trapped driver who sustained serious injuries. He was flown to a local trauma center from the scene.
