Standpipe drill at the Mountain Laurel Resort was very productive and educational. Maintenance personnel monitored the fire pumps while Lake Harmony crew members tested the standpipe connections throughout the hotel. The system worked perfectly, firing up the fire pump as soon as a pressure loss was sensed due to our opening the hose line. As you can see, some of the water has been laying in the pipes for a while!
