pKidder Township companies were dispatched to a large brush fire near the Francis Walter Dam on Friday afternoon. Tanker 1731 arrived first on scene. Crews from the surrounding counties were called for assistance along with the forestry helicopter and a fixed wing aircraft. Units were on scene for about 3 hours.p
