The Annual Firemen's Breakfast will be held at the Resort at Split Rock on Sunday August 31, 2008.
This event is hosted by the Resort and its owner, W. Jack Kalins. All food is donated by the Resort's food vendors. The breakfast is prepared by the cooks and served by the members of the Lake Harmony Fire Co. Last year's (2007) attendance was outstanding with an attendance of more than 650 people. Once again, various fire company apparel will be available for sale and it looks like we'll have a raffle for another Afghan and/or blanket this year. A special "THANK YOU" to Mr. Kalins, his staff, his vendors, the fire company volunteers, and all who attended this event for making it the excellent showing that it was. Mark your calander for Labor Day Weekend - Sunday August 31st for this worthwhile event. Tell your friends and neighbors so that we can make this another record-breaking fund-raiser. The donation remains the same as always - $6.00 for Adults and $3.00 for children under 12. |
